Worst Wendy's experience ever. I'm in here with a friend, he placed his order first. He ordered a spicy chicken combo large with a sweet tea and a small frosty. He received a small sweet tea and brought it to their attention. They said they charged him wrong and told him it will be an additional dollar. I ordered an Asiago chicken club and they "lost my sandwich so it took approximately 10 minutes to make a new one. By the time it was done and I finally got my food my fries were cold from sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. My friend then opened up his chicken sandwich and it was my sandwich that they lost. So he then brought it to their attention and went back to his seat then he found a hair in his frosty. Really? They didn't even apologize. I'm in shock honestly... oh and I almost forgot to mention that all the customers after us had things wrong with their order as well.

I normally wouldn't write a review of a fast food place, but yeah, I had to write this. My friends and I were driving through and just decided to stop to grab a quick bite. The bads: -Everything -We waited over 10 minutes before our order was taken (even though there was NOBODY in line before us) -Any question was accompanied with a look of 'ugh, really?' and no answer, just the staff walking away and coming back with what was requested -They were out of spoons -They were out of straws -I had to repeatedly ask for the rest of my order because it wasn't ready with the first few items Awful, never again.
